MOMS ASHES AT SEA / JULY 4

Thur. we saw this sunset.

Fri. was a hard day for us.  Dad rented a boat and we went out to the Gulf and put Mom's ashes with Sandy and Ralph's.  We also took the roses that we had for Moms service and put them there also.

 After we got back we went to Pass-a-grille to see the damage of Debbie. Linda saw some windows broke out and the shore line gone. We then took Dad to 5-guys for lunch. He had never eaten there before.

 When we got home we put some of the left over ashes with Ralph and Sandy's ashes. Dad had a great vase for that.

Dad got a new Kendal Fire and a new digital camera.  He was on overload after learning how to use them.

Sat. we walked the beach and saw the sunset.

Sun. after church we got our hair cut. came home grilled out went back to church then to the beach. It has been a blessing having the beach only two miles away. Just three more sunsets before we leave.

Mon. and Tues we saw two sunsets but the clouds blocked the view.  The full moon was neat to see in the daylight. We spent some time getting ready for our moving the rig. 

Wed .  Happy 4th of July!!!  We had breakfast at Skidders with Dad and he made chili for lunch.(thats his favorite to make and he could never make it before because mom couldn't eat it!!) I was able to get the truck and Dad's car washed before it got hot. It was a hard for both sides to say good-bye but each of us were excited to do some traveling. (dad is wanting to go and visit all three of the kids and some other places.) we watched the fire works on TV this year may God bless the USA.
