Last days in Mobile going to Montgomery Al.

Fri. 12 of us toured around Gulf Breeze Al. We ate at Lulu's Berger and Seafood. As you can see in picture below they have big hamburgers. Lulu is the sister of Jimmy Buffett.

We went to the beach to walk the pier and watched the folks catch sheephead.
On the way home we stopped by a house that was featured in House and Garden mag.  It is a Bed and Breakfast and looks like a doll house .
We ate at T.P.Crickmier's the floor around the bar is all done in pennies. The staircase was beautiful.

Mon. We went with the Fosters to Montgomery on the way we stopped at Priester's Pecans.  They had a buffet and lots of  pecan samples. We are staying at Faulkner University and it has changed in the last 25 years.

It does not show it but this is a building inside a building.  It was the 3 story Federal Building which they  were not allowed to tear down (one on the left) and so they built a 11 story building over it(building on the right).
This was at a catfish place we ate at before church.
